Skin Yoga postures work because nerves weave through the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin, our stress level and overall emotional state can directly affect the condition of our sensitive skin. Relaxation and yogic stretching techniques that engage the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for reducing stress, can help clear eczema.
